Bog Jacket Setback

I just had to frog my fitted bog jacket from the underarms (right at the point where I was going to insert the thumb trick) all the way back to the waist shaping. Aaargh!!!! I found that while the jacket fit nicely at the hips and waist, the increases came too soon and by the time it reached the bust, even though I'd only increased back to my original number of stitches as directed, it was baggy, shapeless and WAY too big at the chest. Has anyone else had this problem?
